🧠 The Typical Pullback Strategy
Pullback is a simple yet highly effective strategy, and it’s also a common approach used by many traders. Typically, they follow this process:
- Wait for price to break and move below the trendline
- When price pulls back to retest the trendline and shows a bearish reversal signal
→ Enter a Sell position.

There’s nothing wrong with that, but does the market always move like that?

In reality, there are many cases where this happens: price breaks below the trendline, then immediately crosses back above it. Or it breaks below but only drifts along the trendline instead of making a strong breakdown.
→ These situations are exactly why the typical pullback strategy often struggles.
🧩 Advanced Pullback Strategy
By using two free yet highly effective indicators: SuperTrend 4U and Trend Magic 4U, a new and highly effective Pullback strategy has been developed.

By combining these two trend indicators, we can clearly identify the Pullback zone. Where price tends to retest and continue the main trend before any reversal occurs.

📊 Trading Checklist
1. “Allowed to Trade” Conditions (Trend Confirmation)
2. Identify the Pullback Zone
Pullback Zone = the gap between Trend Magic 4U (closer to price) and SuperTrend 4U (farther and smoother)
Only look for setups when price pulls back to touch Trend Magic 4U or moves deeper into the zone between the two lines
Skip trades if the Pullback Zone is too narrow (hard to place SL / more noise)
3. Entry Conditions
Only enter when one of the following signals appears inside the Pullback Zone:
Buy Entry
Bullish Engulfing
Pin bar / rejection with a long lower wick
Two-candle reversal: weak bearish candle → strong bullish candle (loss of bearish momentum + reversal)
Small structure break: forms a Higher Low, then a bullish candle breaks the nearest high
Sell Entry
Bearish Engulfing
Pin bar / rejection with a long upper wick
Two-candle reversal: weak bullish candle → strong bearish candle
Small structure break: forms a Lower High, then a bearish candle breaks the nearest low
4. Stop Loss
Pick one method and stay consistent:
Place SL beyond the SuperTrend 4U (safer, less likely to get stopped out)
Or place SL below/above the nearest swing low/high inside the Pullback Zone
Do not enter if the SL is too large relative to your allowed risk
👉 You can use Infinity Algo Engine$ to turn this Pullback checklist (Trend Magic 4U + SuperTrend 4U) into clear rule-based conditions, then have the system scan for signals and automatically execute trades based on the logic you define.
