Issue with Infinity Engine Algo Not using ATM and Not Exiting trade

I need urgent help please. The Infinity Algo has refused to use my ATM. And when it takes a trade, it has no stop loss or take profit. It won't let me exit the trade either. I have tried everything, "CLOSE" "CANCEL" Rebooted my system. None worked. Who knows why this is happening?
